Frequently asked questions
What does "lifetime" mean?
It means a perpetual license for a fixed project: no recurring subscription fee and no scheduled expiry. Storage, compute and MAU limits still apply per tier.
What happens if I exceed my storage or MAU limit?
The project will be throttled or offered a paid capacity upgrade. You will receive a notification before any action is taken.
How are payments processed?
We accept bank transfers, major credit/debit cards, and selected cryptocurrencies. All payment methods are processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers are verified manually by our Finance Officer and typically clear the same day.
Will my card or bank details be stored?
Payment details are handled through our secure payment processor and are not stored on our servers in plain text. Only the minimum required billing information is retained for invoicing.
Can I use this on my own domain?
Yes. After activation, you can point your own custom domain to the project from the dashboard.
